Both as a performer and as a composer, she is the genuine article
— Rob Buckland, Saxophonist (Head of Saxophone & Deputy Head of Chamber Music, RNCM)

Jenni Watson is a Saxophonist, Composer, Arranger & Multi-Instrumentalist.

Bringing her predominantly Classical music background together with a love of all music, and having a dislike of "pigeon-holing", she pushes genre boundaries and is popular for composing in an aesthetic and accessible style.

Her debut album Reflections (2009) performing on S/A/T saxophones with strings & piano, launched her composition career & commission-based work - it was reportedly the first occasion in the Royal Northern College of Music's history that an entire recital was composed by the performer.

As a multi-instrumentalist, Jenni can be heard performing on Woodwinds, Strings, Piano and Vocals on her albums Meditations (2013) and Honey Storm (2015).
